We strive to provide the highest quality popcorn in a fun and friendly environment. We do this by using some of the finest ingredients in the business and our own secret recipes to ensure that one of a kind taste that you can only get from Southern Kernels!


How long will it take for my popcorn to arrive?

· We ship Monday through Friday
· Weekend orders are shipped on that following Monday
· Weekday orders placed after 2 p.m. ship next day
· Friday orders after 2 p.m. ship Monday
· Every order will receive a tracking number
· We ship via USPS

How can I keep my popcorn fresh?

Avoid opening your popcorn until you are ready to eat it.
Exposure to adverse weather conditions such as high heat and humidity cause popcorn to lose freshness.
After popcorn has been opened, store it in an air-tight container.
Never refrigerate, freeze, reheat or microwave the popcorn.
Our popcorn can stay fresh for up to four weeks.

What is your return policy?

Because our popcorn is perishable, we do not accept any returns. We only ship popcorn that is fresh, generally made within 48 hours of shipping. Because we are not a factory, every order is popped in small batches.

How are my orders shipped?

Southern Kernels Gourmet Popcorn ships exclusively with USPS. Because our popcorn is perishable we package your popcorn with care.

Yes they are gluten free, with the exception of Milk and Cookies, Thin Mints and S’mores. (Not all flavors in stock)

Can I track my order?

We will send a tracking number when your order is shipped. The tracking number is linked through usps.com.

Do you make donations to charities and non-profit organizations?

We receive requests for donation almost every day. We simply cannot fulfill every request. Therefore we’ve create a policy to ensure that our process is fair and thorough to ensure donations go towards real and legitimate causes and organizations. We reserve the right to reject any request for any reason.

In order to be considered for a donation: An application must be completed at least two weeks prior to the event. Any application received in a shorter time period will automatically be rejected. You can print an application [HERE].
